Citigroup (Citibank). The purpose of this measure is to ensure the collection Department in compliance with the various policies and Citigroup and local standards, and maintain good control of the compliance environment.

Collection control and compliance officer

Responsibilities:
* Responsible Collection department to identify the risks and ensure proper controls are built into the day to-day operations and the rehabilitation of non-compliance is documented and processed.
* Ensure that staff follows all approved Citigroup Collection, Collection premises and respect for the process.
* Ensure that the collection any questions are followed adequately and timely.
* Run Actively compliance / RCSA programs launched by Global / Respect for regional offices.
* Ensure RCSA are carried out effectively in the collection to identify risks and management controls attention.
* Provide compliance / RCSA awareness and advice to all staff Collection.

Requirements:

* Consumer banking internal audit / 2-3 years of relevant work experience is an advantage
* Good analysis, written, and interpersonal communication and organization
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a member of the team with a minimum of instruction.
* Able to understand, analyze and implement policies and guidelines against existing environments
* Able to conduct comprehensive testing and detailed documentation of the test results, and to help identify potential solutions / process improvement at various levels of management.
* Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
* Project management skills.
* Required language (s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Language (s): English.
