1. CHIEF PETROLEUM ENGINEER (Job Code: CPE)

Main duties and core responsibilities:
• head of the Asset General Manager (AGM) and the responsibility for carrying out any directive of the General Assembly.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the company in the short and long term strategic business plan and its goals.
• As head of petroleum engineering discipline, to contribute and participate in the activities of the management team of the AU with the Head of E & P Asset.

• Drive in the identification, assessment, analysis and recommendation of the oil and gas investment opportunities to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

• Optimize the management and profitability of hydrocarbon resources in the PetroleumBRUNEI investment strategies.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance in the multi-disciplinary oil and gas projects on the ground.
• Assist in the Review of Oil and Gas Field development plans.
• Ensure technical work is done at the level of quality and the most efficient way to monitor and to recommend and implement best practices.

Requirements:
• Degree in petroleum engineering and related disciplines of engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years in E & P with a lot of experience in petroleum engineering and commercial aspects of the oil and gas upstream industry;
• Must be well organized and able to work independently with the ability to lead a team;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and computer literacy;
• With determination and technical know-how and the capacity to manage a broad range of activities, expertise and needs.
2. HEAD OF COMMERCIAL AND PLANNING (Job Code: HCP)

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Heading commercial and the Planning Division and be responsible for overall performance and development of the division.
• Plan and manage the division's budget.
• Exercise key advisory role in all matters relating to the Company's Business Planning, trade and the economy.
• Identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement in the commercial area.
• responsible for the development and delivery of the PetroleumBRUNEI's Strategic Business Plans (short and long term), including a business plan and the company Scorecard.
• As head of commercial discipline, which is responsible for trade efficiency and capacity development / competence in PetroleumBRUNEI.
• Identify, launch and project management of R & D required to support the Company's Business Performance.
• To coordinate communication on issues of strategic business with stakeholders of the company.
• Develop risk management and control.
• Develop and review the investment process and strategies to ensure harmonization with the Society for long-term goals.
• Develop and review the funding strategy and Supply Chain Management to ensure both strategies continually give advantage to the Corporation Business Operations.
• To update, monitor and review in the company of corporate governance and to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements:
• Degree in business, economics or finance-related disciplines;
• Minimum of 15 years of oil and gas experience, preferably in business or related companies and E & P experience with a major exhibition. Trade and planning aspects of the upstream and downstream oil and gas;
• Must be well organized and able to work independently with the ability to lead a team;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and computer literacy;
• With determination and technical know-how and the capacity to manage a broad range of activities, expertise and needs.

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

· Manage Development Engineering, Mechanical Design and Drafting,
QA/QC/Certification and Functional Excellence activities.
· Oversee the Capital Projects Management System (CPMS) implementation through all stages of FEL and field evaluation with multidiscipline teams of geophysics, reservoir, drilling, facilities, operations, and commercial.
