Municipal/Transportation Responsibilities Civil engineering design of ODOT and local agency projects including urban and rural roadway design, planning, utility analysis and design. Responsibilities will include preparation of construction plans, permit applications, engineering reports, and exhibits under the direction of a Project Manager. Education/Experience Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or 10 years of experience in related civil design. Proficiency in MicroStation preferred. We are an EEOC.source
