JOb as Architectural Technician

Architecture job:This Architectural practice has been established for just 12 months but due continued success they have experienced rapid growth from 2 to 8 people. They are experienced in handling residential, commercial and mixed use projects in London. Some of their main projects come from the BBC. Due to winning new projects they are looking to the company are looking to hire an experienced Architectural Technician.

Your role as an Architectural Technician will involve preparing plans, sections and elevations, planning applications, building regulation applications, surveys and site supervision. You must be educated to HNC / Degree level or equivalent and have previous experience of working for an Architectural Practice. You will have strong knowledge of UK construction methods and building regulations as well as being confident with detailed design. You must be creative and technically skilled with the ability to communicate clearly with Senior Architects and clients. You must have proficient knowledge of AutoCAD; however, full training will be given if you have knowledge of other CAD packages. CIAT membership would be an advantage to your application but it is not necessary.

In return my client is ready to offer a salary range between £22,000 - £32,000, good benefits, discretionary bonus, good working environment in their modern open plan office and also the chance to work on exciting international projects.
