IT Support (ITS) Duties / Responsibilities :
 - Perform first level support and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware
- Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows based servers & workstations, printers, other computer equipment and peripheral.
- Develop and maintain system documentations and inventories.
- Provide user training, and encourage more efficient use of the IT infrastructure. Qualifications:
- Min 2 years relevant working experience with college diploma or university degree majoring in computer science
- min MCP, MCSA/MCSE preferred
- good knowledge of Windows NT/2K/XP/2003 operating systems & Microsoft networking and office application software
- Strong working knowledge and experience in installation and troubleshooting common computer hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & computer literate
- Proactive, willing to travel locally in Indonesia
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English Job

My Client is recognized as one of the UK's leading Construction Consultancies. They operate across a range of sectors from retail, build and civil and industrial projects, but they have recently undertaken numerous projects in the Commercial sector, so need a private quantity surveyor. London Quantity Surveyor Needed

They are looking for Quantity Surveyors to deliver high profile, high value projects across the London. They work in numerous sectors so they are looking for people with backgrounds including Commercial and Civil projects. Hopefully the candidate will have at least 2 years consultancy experience, but candidates with more experience will be rewarded with a greater salary.

They are also willing to cross train people from a construction QS background, and if desired you will have the opportunity to become (if not already) RICS qualified. The are APC accredited and already have other quantity surveyors undertaking their APC.

You must have excellent client liaison skills and a demonstrable track record in delivering projects on time and on budget. The chosen candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £32K - £37K with excellent benefits that will include pension, healthcare and a generous car/allowance or travel allowance.

JOb as Architectural Technician

Architecture job:This Architectural practice has been established for just 12 months but due continued success they have experienced rapid growth from 2 to 8 people. They are experienced in handling residential, commercial and mixed use projects in London. Some of their main projects come from the BBC. Due to winning new projects they are looking to the company are looking to hire an experienced Architectural Technician.

Your role as an Architectural Technician will involve preparing plans, sections and elevations, planning applications, building regulation applications, surveys and site supervision. You must be educated to HNC / Degree level or equivalent and have previous experience of working for an Architectural Practice. You will have strong knowledge of UK construction methods and building regulations as well as being confident with detailed design. You must be creative and technically skilled with the ability to communicate clearly with Senior Architects and clients. You must have proficient knowledge of AutoCAD; however, full training will be given if you have knowledge of other CAD packages. CIAT membership would be an advantage to your application but it is not necessary.

In return my client is ready to offer a salary range between £22,000 - £32,000, good benefits, discretionary bonus, good working environment in their modern open plan office and also the chance to work on exciting international projects.
